To become an on-campus volunteer:

The Safety Valet Program enhances the safety of all students when traveling to school by creating a safe drop-off zone. Drivers do not need to park or get out of their vehicles to be certain that their students are arriving at school safely! This eliminates many traffic challenges caused by people trying to drop-off their students and helps make the school zone safer for all! Receive training from Los Angeles School Police to make school community streets safer for all.
In order for VALET drop off to happen, we need a minimum of 3 volunteers per morning (7:35 - 8:10 AM).
Volunteers will set up the cones. As parents pull up into the drop-off zone, volunteers will open the doors for students and help them safely exit the vehicle and enter school. When the gate closes, volunteers will clean up the cones and leave.
If we have more volunteers each day, then the valet drop off will be even more safe, quick & efficient!
Any questions? Please email Ms. Toni at tonatzin.raxtun@lausd.net
