Annual Giving Campaign

Each year, we invite parents, families, friends, and our community to support Braddock Drive Elementary through our Annual Giving Campaign. Your contribution directly funds vital programs that enrich every student’s education, and bridges the gap between what LAUSD provides, and the essential programs that make Braddock exceptional.

Thanks to your generosity, our students benefit from arts, theater, dance, music, field trips, teacher aides, classroom supplies, and more—enriching their education every day.

This year, we ask each family to consider donating $1,950 per student ($195/month over 10 months -- the duration of the academic year), or any amount meaningful to you. Every dollar counts toward our $500,000 goal, and every amount—large or small—makes a difference.

We strive for 100% participation. Together, we can keep Braddock extraordinary.

More Ways to Give

Paypal Giving Fund

PayPal Giving Fund waives all fees.

When making a one-time contribution using PayPal Giving Fund , please check the box: "Share my name and email with this charity". This allows SBDES to better track participation percentages. If you are not in our database, please email us a confirmation of your payment and your child's grade/classroom. Thank you!

Employer Matching

Did you know many companies will match your donation? That means your contribution to SBDES could go twice (or three times) as far to support our Braddock community.

It’s a simple step that can make a big difference—and it might already be available through your workplace. Check with your Human Resources department to find out if your employer participates.

Employer matching goes a long way in helping us reach our annual budget goals. As a point of reference, for the 2024-25 school year, SBDES raised nearly 25% of its contributions from employer matching.

Your generosity matters—and with employer matching, it goes even further!

Please email us a confirmation of your payment and your company's name so that we can track it. If you are not in our database, please also provide your child's grade/classroom. Thank you!

Checks or Cash

Prefer to pay by check or cash? Please make checks payable to "Supporters of Braddock Drive Elementary School". Place check or cash in an envelope marked "Attention: SBDES" and bring it to the Braddock Main Office to be placed in SBDES' locked drop box.

Please write your child's name & teacher/grade in the memo section of the check, or on a piece of paper, and place within the envelope.

Once completed, please email braddocksbdes@gmail.com to let us know you have dropped off s check/cash in the SBDES mailbox.
