Braddock is joining the Rock Roll & Run at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) - hosted by the LAX Coastal Education Foundation! It's super easy to participate! The whole family can join the Braddock Run Team (even the youngest of siblings). After signing up, ask family/friends to sponsor you and your family! All funds raised under the Braddock Run Team will benefit Braddock!
Rock Roll & Run 2024 Details:
What: Rock Roll & Run at LMU. This is a Run/Walk event.
Where: LMU (free parking in the Drollinger Parking Lot before 7:30AM)
When: Saturday March 2nd
7:00 AM Bib pick up
7:45 AM Activities begin (games, food, drinks, vendors)
8:00 AM 5K begins
10:00 AM 1K begins
11:00 AM Rock Roll & Run concludes
Who: Your whole family! Friends! Braddock alum! Everyone can participate in the run/walk!
Adults and children can participate in the 5K.
Children only in the 1K (unless adults have bibs to accompany their child).

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
This is a run/walk event. Everyone can participate in the Rock Roll & Run 2024!
Both adults and children can participate in the 5K
Only children can participate in the 1K (unless adults have bibs/badges to accompany their child).
Strollers are allowed in the 5K and 1K, but will have a staggered start after the runners.
For 1K participants, staggered start will be based on age groups:
first group: ages 9+
second group: ages 7-8
third group: ages 5-6
fourth group: ages 5 and under (and/or accompanied by parent)

Register a participant for the 5K or 1K.
Complete the Waiver/Release.
Add Ticket.
Join A Team by selecting "Braddock Drive Elementary School". If not prompted, you should see "Team Braddock Drive Elementary School".
Add any additional Participants. *see Fundraising Page info below*
Select whether you want to add additional Donations.
Select whether you want to cover the transactions fees.
Submit Payment
You'll receive an email receipt with a link to your specific Fundraising Page(s).
* What is a Fundraising Page? The Fundraising Page is specific to each participant or each family. This is the page you'll share with everyone to support your run/walk at the Rock Roll & Run!
If you have a separate Fundraising Page for each participant, you'll need to register each participant under a separate email. This means that families, friends, co-workers can donate to support each participant separately through the different Fundraising Pages. All funds will benefit Braddock.
If you want one fundraising page for your whole family of participants, you can register all participants under the same email. This means that families, friends, co-workers can donate to one Fundraising Page for your whole family. All funds will benefit Braddock.
customizing your fundraising page
After signing up, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Fundraising Page link.
Set up your Fundraising Page by clicking on the "Edit Page" icon. Now, you'll be able to customize all the information on your Fundraising Page (picture, title, description, goals...)
After customizing, click on the "Share" icon to share your Fundraising Page with family, friends, co-workers, and social media!Â
Your supporters can donate to support you and Braddock during your 5K/1K run/walk OR they can be a virtual runner with you! Remember that all funds raised through your Fundraising Page will benefit Braddock!
